Mod de preparare:<br />
Grisul se fierbe cu apa (in maniera de la gris cu lapte). Se da deoparte. Icrele sarate se pun intr-un tifon triplu si se cufunda intr-un vas cu apa rece, unde se lasa cam 2 ore, schimband apa din vas la o jumatate de ora. Se scot apoi din tifon si se pun intr-un castronel, unde punem si grisul fiert iar peste acestea se adauga ceapa taiata foarte fin sau rasa. Se amesteca bine, adaugandu-se uleiul ca la maioneza si zeama de lamaie. Cand compozitia este bine amestecata, se aranjeaza pe un platou si se orneaza cu masline si frunze de patrunjel.</p>

500 g de cartofi, 2-3 linguri de ulei, o jumatate de lamaie sau 1-2 linguri de otet, 2 cepe, 3-4 oua, 1-2 lingurite de mustar, verdeata dupa plac, sare.<br />
Mod de preparare:<br />
Se spala bine cartofii si se pun la fiert in apa sarata care a dat in clocot. Cand sunt gata, se curata imediat de coaja, se taie rondele subtiri si se stropesc cu ulei, care, imbibandu-se imediat, le da un gust mai placut. Se taie apoi ceapa felii foarte subtiri si se presara cu sare ca sa se inmoaie. Ouale se fierb tari, se curata de coaja si se taie de-a latul in rondele cu dispozitivul special de taiat oua. Un ou se pastreaza intreg, pentru ornament. Separat, se subtiaza mustarul cu zeama de lamaie sau otet. Cand totul este gata, se pune ceapa peste cartofi, se scot galbenusurile din rondelele de ou, avand grija ca albusurile sa nu se rupa, se toarna sosul de mustar peste aceste galbenusuri si se amesteca bine cu compozitia din salatiera, respectiv cu cartofii si cu ceapa. Se asaza salata in forma de movila. Oul intreg si rondelele de albus ramase se folosesc astfel: rondelele se insira unele langa altele pe marginea castronului, ca un fel de cununa, iar oul intreg se taie in patru, dar nu pana la capat, ci ca sa formeze un fel de floare, care se infige in varful salatei. Verdeata se presara dupa plac, pe deasupra.</p>

Se incorporeaza - tot putin cite putin - uleiul si zeama de lamiie si cind icrele le-au &#8220;inghitit&#8221; complet, se amesteca in continuare inca 5 minute (la turatie maxima), ca sa devina usoare si spumoase. Se tin icrele doua ore la frigider. Inainte de servire se adauga broccoli, ardei iute, rosiile taiate bucati. Se amesteca bine, se acopera cu mozzarella.<br />
